Beverly L. English

Beverly L. English, 70, died Wednesday January 12, 2011 at her residence in Veedersburg, Indiana. She was born July 2, 1940 in Veedersburg the daughter of Claude Earl and Sylvia (Martin) Cox. She married James W. English April 5, 1962 in Danville, IL; he has preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by two sons, Wayne King and Terry English, a daughter Teresa King, seven brothers, three sisters and a granddaughter Shannon Whitfield. Surviving family includes two sons, Kenneth King and James W. King, both of Oregon; one daughter, Carla (Walt) Srygley, Jemison, AL; two brothers, Vern Cox, Veedersburg; Verlin Cox, Omaha, NE; three sisters, Rae Ann Morgan and Reatha McClure both of Veedersburg; Rona Lee (Odell) Sandlin, Mellott; granddaughter Connie Whatley, and twelve other grandchildren. Graveside service will be held 11:00 am Monday January 17, 2011 at Cold Spring Cemetery in Veedersburg with Pastor Scott Simms officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Dickerson Funeral Home.
