Alexis Rayelynn Shelley, 1 year old, of Veedersburg, passed away 12:35 pm Friday August 19, 2011 at St Elizabeth Hospital in Crawfordsville IN as a result of SIDS.
She was born August 7, 2010 in Lafayette IN the daughter of Jacob S. Shelley and Angela N. Cooper.
Alexis is survived by her parents, a sister Jacquelynn Shelley; grandparents, Brian & Teresa Cooper and Scott & Sherry Shelley, all residing in Veedersburg; several aunts and uncles, Melissa Cooper (fiance’ Shad Jones), Robbie (Samantha) Cooper, Summer (Andy) Rehmel, Dustin Shelley, April Shelley, Marsha (Keith) Woolsey.
Funeral service will be 4:00 pm Thursday August 25, 2011 at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Pastor Matt Swisher officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 – 4:00 pm Thursday August 25 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg. Online condolences at www.dickersonfuneralhome.com
