Clay Clayton Cole

Clay Clayton Cole, 56, of Covington, passed away at his residence Wednesday September 25, 2013. Clay was born July 2, 1957 in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Leonard and Pauline Cole. He married Carla R. Bernard February 6, 1987. Surviving family include his father, Leonard Cole; wife, Carla Cole, Covington; two daughters, Tiffany (Lucas Cunningham) Bernard and Cicely Bernard; four sisters, Fay (Larry) Pruitt, West Lebanon; Brenda (Ron) Jasper, West Lebanon; Darlene and Norma ; two brothers, Larry Cole, West Lebanon; Gerald (Karen) Cole, Attica; five grandchildren, Aleister Cunningham, Carley Cunningham, Kias Cunningham, Riley Beedle, and Jaymesin Smith. He is preceded in death by his mother and a brother. Clay had been employed at the Fountain Foundry in Veedersburg for the last 15 plus years. He enjoyed fishing, watching old westerns, relaxing and lounging around the house, and he especially loved and enjoyed being with his grandchildren.
