Helen June Elliot, 88, of Van Nuys California, passed away Wednesday March 9, 2016 at Northridge Care Center in Reseda California. June was born June 13, 1927 in Tennessee the daughter of Henry J & Parie Melinda (Carmichael) Burnette. Her family had included three brothers and two sisters. She married Douglas H Elliot Jan. 6, 1961 in California, and he preceded her in death June 16, 2006. Surviving family include, a son James D. Hatcher, Texas; and a step-son, Douglas Elliot, Michigan. Graveside service will be 3:00 pm (EDT) Saturday March 19, 2016 at Mt Hope Cemetery in Covington Indiana with Pastor James Furr officiating. Online condolences at www.dickersonfuneralhome.com
