Mary Pearl Fogleman, 73, of Veedersburg, passed away 11:00 PM Wednesday March 30, 2016 at Ben Hur Health & Rehabilitation in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Mary was born December 30, 1942 in Covington, IN the daughter of Eddie and Ruby (Myers) Smith. She married Robin O. Fogleman September 18, 1959 in Covington, IN; he has preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by a son, Robin Duane Fogleman; her parents; a brother, Howard O. Smith; and a sister, Mildred Heath. Surviving family include a daughter, Deborah D. (Christopher) Ash, Washington, IL; three grandchildren, Kim (Shane) Earlywine, Deirdre (John) Weeks, Jason Shirar; two great-grandchildren; brother in law, Ralph Heath, Danville, IL; and a nephew, Eddie Heath. Mary graduated from Covington High School in 1960. She had been employed over the years as a clerical & medical secretary, Fountain County EMT, and Fountain County 911 dispatch. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM (EDT) Saturday April 2, 2016 at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Pastor Gary Johnson officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM (EDT) Saturday and continue until the time of service. Interment will follow service at Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg.
