Grace M. Watts

Grace M. Watts, 91, of Danville, formerly of Portland Arch area, died 6:00 am Sunday May 23, 2010 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville. She was born April 8, 1919 in Bismark, IL the daughter of John and Alta (Brown) Frahm. She married Frankie Watts April 21, 1938 in Sterling Indiana. Frankie preceded her in death in 1961. Surviving family locally includes nieces Beverly Kearney and Betty Kingery of Danville; Judy Delbey, Fithian; Sue Stuttler, Williamsport, IN; nephews, James Frahm, Bobby Frahm and Johnny Frahm, all of Danville; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout the country. She is also preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Grace was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Covington, IN. She enjoyed bible studies and attending church when she was able. She enjoyed bird watching, sewing, hand crafts, and especially her dog “Sugar”. Graveside service will be held 11:00 am EDT Wednesday May 26, 2010 at Portland Arch Cemetery in Fountain, IN. with Pastor Billy Cloud officiating. Memorial Contributions may be given to Maranatha Baptist Church in Covington. Services entrusted to Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg.
