Richard L. New

Richard L. New, 58, of Veedersburg, died at his residence July 19, 2010. He was born December 20, 1951 in Danville, Illinois the son of Robert C. and Virginia L. (Barker) New. They have preceded him in death. He is survived by a brother Roger New of Covington. Richard graduated from Covington High School in 1968. He had served his country in the U.S. military after graduation. He had been employed at the Indiana State Highway Department for the past several years. Memorial service and inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg.
