Mrs. Virginia Janeway of Covington Indiana died 3:40 PM Tuesday January 29, 2019 at the Waters of Covington.
She was born in Panama on November 14, 1916. She was the daughter of Lilia Henriquez Lowe and William Kerrwich.
She first came to the United States at the age of ten and returned to Panama after graduating from high school.
She worked as secretary and interpreter in the Cristobal Branch of the Ford Motor Co., and during the war worked for the Office of Censorship.
In 1941 she married John Janeway in Balboa, Canal Zone and they moved to Kingman, IN where they owned a business for 20 years. Then they moved to Covington, Indiana.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband and she remained in Covington. She was active in club work and enjoyed music and nature.
